If you are injured in a car accident can you recover damages for your loss of earnings and earning capacity?

According to Florida case law as of the date of this article, if the claim is included in the lawsuit, a person who is injured by another person in a car accident may recover for any loss of earnings and earnings capacity that resulted from the injury.
