Is someone with a certain disability, such as a hearing impairment, allowed to get behind the wheel?

According to Florida case law as of the date of this article, it depends on the disability. For example, for a hearing impairment, the driver would have to be much more cautious when operating a motor vehicle than someone without a disability.
