Am I at fault if I hit a pedestrian with my car who was thrown into my way by the impact of another vehicle?

According to Florida case law, the first vehicle is liable for the injuries caused by impacts from his car, and any other car that could have struck the pedestrian.

See: Manganelli v. Covington, 114 So. 2d 320 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 3d Dist. 1959)
